Abstract(s)
Neste estudo, com o intuito de compreender a gestão pedagógica de ambientes de aprendizagem online, definimos um quadro metodológico de orientação qualitativa, orientado pela análise das práticas de docentes do Ensino Superior em Portugal, no que diz respeito às atividades educacionais desenvolvidas, aos recursos didáticos produzidos e às ferramentas de comunicação utilizadas. Para a recolha dos dados procedemos à observação direta de quatro ambientes de aprendizagem online, complementados por alguns dados provenientes de um inquérito por entrevista semiestruturada aos três docentes responsáveis pela sua gestão pedagógica. Os resultados revelaram que existem professores no Ensino Superior em Portugal que estão a mudar as suas práticas, respondendo assim ao desafio colocado pelo Processo de Bolonha. No entanto, estes resultados também evidenciam a existência de muitas dificuldades de usabilidade de ferramentas digitais interativas, sendo, pois, necessário apostar mais não só na formação pedagógica, mas também na formação docente na área das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação.
In this study, in order to understand the pedagogical management of online learning environments, we defined a qualitative methodological framework, oriented by the analysis of the practices of teachers of Higher Education in Portugal, with regard to strategies, resources and the communication tools used. For data collection, we proceeded to direct observation of four online learning environments, complemented by data from a survey by structured interview to the three teachers responsible for the educational management of the environments. These environments revealed that there are teachers in Higher Education in Portugal who are seeking to respond to the challenge posed by the Bologna Process. However, these results also show that there are many difficulties in the use of digital interactive tools. It is therefore necessary to invest more not only on pedagogical training, but also in teacher training in ICT.
