In a context where Artificial Intelligence (AI) has moved beyond its role as a mere technological tool to become a cognitive infrastructure with a direct impact on educational and training processes, digital literacy emerges as a key competence. It is no longer just about mastering digital tools or technical procedures but about developing a critical capacity to act consciously within digital ecosystems and to contribute to the creation of social, economic, and cultural value. However, entrepreneurial education and training still largely follow instrumental approaches, focused on immediate skill acquisition and insufficiently attentive to ethical and social implications. This qualitative, exploratory, and hermeneutic study examines, through an interdisciplinary review of scientific literature and strategic national and international documents, how AI can be ethically and epistemologically integrated into entrepreneurial education and training. As a theoretical contribution, it proposes the LIFECIA - Integrated Laboratory for Entrepreneurial Training with Science, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence, a collaborative and transdisciplinary conceptual model designed to articulate know-how, know-that, know-how-to-be, and know-how-to-interact. The model aims to foster critical digital literacy and entrepreneurial competences with social and economic relevance. The exploratory nature of the study is acknowledged, and further empirical research is recommended to validate and refine this model in different training contexts.
