Abstract(s)
A centralidade deste artigo são as competências digitais necessárias para produzir e
compartilhar Recursos Educacionais Abertos. Destaca-se de que modo essas
competências foram desenvolvidas durante um Small Open Online Course com foco em
Recursos Educacionais Abertos. O objetivo geral do curso foi conhecer os REA para
integrar nas práticas e nos materiais didáticos. Os participantes foram professores do
Ensino Médio brasileiro, das redes públicas, da região central do estado do Rio Grande
do Sul. A obtenção de dados ocorreu por meio de questionário de avaliação do curso,
acompanhamento e análise das atividades desenvolvidas pelos participantes durante o
curso. Os resultados apontam as restrições do Copyright e a inovação ocasionada pelas
concepções de abertura na produção de material didático. Conclui-se que as dificuldades
enfrentadas pelos professores, na adaptação, remix, produção de REA original e o no
compartilhamento em redes abertas, podem ser minimizadas com o aprimoramento das
competências digitais e com a continuidade da efetivação dos 5Rs de abertura dos REA.
This article focuses on digital competences required to produce and share Open Educational Resources. It highlights how these competences were developed during a Small Open Online Course focusing on Open Educational Resources. The general objective of the course was to know the OER to integrate in the practices and the didactic materials. Participants were Brazilian high school teachers from public networks in the central region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Data were collected through a questionnaire to evaluate the course, follow up and analyse the activities developed by the participants during the course. The results indicate to restrictions of Copyright and innovation caused by the conceptions of openness in the production of didactic material. It is concluded that the difficulties faced by teachers in revise, remix, production original REA and redistribute in open networks can be minimized with the improvement of digital competences and with the continuity of the realization of the 5Rs of OER opening.
