Abstract(s)
promoção do envelhecimento ativo e inclusivo e a capacitação digital e, a
Assim, e a partir
This educational research study aimed to contribute to the promotion of active and inclusive ageing and digital empowerment and, subsequently, to improve the quality of life of older adults, minimizing the situation of vulnerability of this population in the current networked digital society in a hands-on model; participate in the deepening of scientific knowledge on the social phenomenon under analysis; identify elements that could potentially contribute to the knowledge domain under study - eLearning pedagogy, and also recognize distance education as an agent of social and educational commitment oriented towards each person. Thus, based on the systematic literature review and diagnosis, the study problem was identified and delimited to the low participation of the elderly in active ageing programs associated with local dynamics of social inclusion. The study resorted to Design-Based Research as the methodological approach and developed a digital literacy course through basic training in digital skills for older adults in distance learning. The life cycle of the eAgeing+ artefact allowed for the analysis, presentation and discussion of the results, whose data disclosed the relevance of the implementation of digital empowerment plans targeted at older citizens, as well as established correspondence with the considerations of other researchers and with the iteration of the microcycles we could determine the direct impacts of the intervention as positive, due to evidence of the appropriation of the proposed learning, i.e. the participants progressed in the degree of knowledge and the level of basic digital skills.
