A educação empreendedora tem sido progressivamente reconhecida como uma estratégia eficaz para o desenvolvimento de soft skills, como a autoconfiança, autoconhecimento, o trabalho de equipa e a assertividade. Este estudo visou uma sistematização das práticas e dos programas de educação para o empreendedorismo aplicados junto dos alunos do Ensino Primário (6-9 anos) em Portugal. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão teórico-reflexiva da literatura sobre as iniciativas e programas implementados nas escolas portuguesas, bem como uma análise de vários documentos e relatórios sobre eles. A revisão permitiu identificar vários programas, como Exploradores de Sonhos, Brincadores de Sonhos, Empreender na Escola, Literacia Financeira, a Junior Achievement e GesEntrepreneur, que ilustram diferentes abordagens educativas, tendências, constrangimentos e oportunidades para integrar este tipo de educação no ensino fundamental. A análise permitiu também constatar um consenso quanto ao valor pedagógico desta abordagem na promoção de competências-chave para o atual mundo global e digital. No entanto, também foram identificados desafios e lacunas, nomeadamente a escassez de formação específica dos docentes, a adaptação dos conteúdos ao contexto do ensino primário e a necessidade de estratégias pedagógicas mais consistentes.
Entrepreneurial education has been progressively recognised as an effective strategy for developing soft skills, such as self-confidence, self-awareness, teamwork, and assertiveness. This study aimed to systematise entrepreneurship education practices and programs implemented with primary school students (6-9 years old) in Portugal. To this end, a theoretical-reflective review of the literature on initiatives and programs implemented in Portuguese schools was conducted, as well as an analysis of various documents and reports on these initiatives. The review identified several programs, such as Exploradores de Sonhos, Brincadores de Sonhos, Empreender na Escola, Literacia Financeira, Junior Achievement, and GesEntrepreneur, which illustrate different educational approaches, trends, constraints, and opportunities for integrating this type of education into primary education. The analysis also revealed a consensus regarding the pedagogical value of this approach in fostering key skills for today's global and digital world. However, gaps and challenges were also identified, namely the lack of specific teacher training, the adaptation of content to the primary education context and the need for more consistent pedagogical strategies.
