Abstract(s)
In a context of rapid development of digital information and communication technologies and the revolution brought about by the internet, the various sectors of society have undergone a profound transformation. The information conveys on the Internet, thus fostering the construction of knowledge based on sharing and collaboration, in a dynamic of Open Education and in a network. Open Education, the proliferation of Open Educational Resources and Open Digital Technologies, at the service of teachers and students, now expand all forms of learning, making it a challenge to follow this evolution in the space of the classroom. This paper presents the process of creating an OER (open educational resource), aimed mainly at teachers of the first cycle, which enables them to stimulate recreational reading, inside and outside the classroom, based on open digital technologies and web.
