Abstract(s)
A Inteligência Artificial (IA) está presente no nosso quotidiano e usámo-la como assistente nas nossas vidas quando pesquisamos na Web, recebemos sugestões de filmes, músicas, videojogos ou usamos o GPS. Nos últimos tempos, a IA ganhou nova dimensão com o aparecimento de tecnologias generativas como o ChatGPT, o Bard ou o Bing Chat. O seu impacto na educação não pode ser descurado, sendo imprescindível inserir a IA na formação inicial e contínua de professores. Aprender e desenvolver a literacia de prompts,como capacidade académica, constitui um requisito para conseguir interações eficazes com a máquina. O objetivo deste artigo é caracterizar a literacia de prompts apresentando modelos e dando exemplos de prompts, cujos resultados são analisados. Abordam-se diversos tipos de prompts que evidenciam capacidades do chatbot no apoio ao trabalho docente e discente, alertando-se para a necessidade de validar os resultados obtidos, que nem sempre são corretos.

Its impact on education will be transformative, and it is essential to include AI in teacher training. It is necessary to learn and develop prompt literacy as an academic skill in order to achieve effective interactions with the machine. The aim of this article is to characterise prompt literacy by presenting models and examples of prompts, which results are analysed. Several types of prompts are presented that demonstrate the chatbot's ability to support teaching and student work, and the need to validate the results obtained, which are not always correct, is highlighted.
