Abstract(s)
As tecnologias digitais de
informação e comunicação são parte
integrante de nossa sociedade e, os modos
como as utilizamos são vitais para nós
cidadãos do século XXI, pois elas fazem parte
de nosso cotidiano de vida, de trabalho, social,
cultural, educacional. No cotidiano de trabalho
educativo e de formação docente, o uso das
tecnologias digitais possibilita a criação e o
desenvolvimento de cenários e estratégias
pedagógicas, que podem ser convergentes
com dispositivos inovadores do ponto de
vista da mediação, da comunicação e da
avaliação. Neste aspecto, este artigo objetiva
dar a conhecer ideias sobre a formação
aberta e a distância de tutores, que atuam na
Universidade Aberta de Portugal (UAb-PT), na
cidade de Lisboa, em Portugal, e na Escola
Nacional de Saúde Pública Sergio Arouca
da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz, localizada no
Rio de Janeiro, no Brasil. As possibilidades e
os limites da formação aberta e a distância
de tutores que são concretizadas, por meio
de seus modelos e práticas no cotidiano de
trabalho das duas instituições, são também
apresentados neste trabalho. Em nossa
Instituição de Ensino Superior na área da
saúde, o tutor é considerado docente enquanto
exerce a tutoria em cursos lato sensu de
especialização e de qualificação profissional
em cursos de atualização, aperfeiçoamento
e de formação continuada em saúde.
Frente a esta situação, a Coordenação de
Desenvolvimento Educacional e Educação
a Distância, enfrenta o desafio não apenas
de incorporar as tecnologias digitais nos
processos ensino-aprendizagem dos cursos
ofertados, mas também de reconhecer seu
uso cotidiano para elaborar, desenvolver e
avaliar práticas pedagógicas que promovam o
desenvolvimento de uma disposição crítica e
reflexiva sobre a informação, o conhecimento
e os usos tecnológicos.
Digital information and communication technologies are an integral part of our society, and the ways we use them are vital for us citizens of the 21st century, because they are part of our everyday lives, work, social, cultural, educational. In the daily work of educational and teacher training, the use of digital technologies enables the creation and development of scenarios and pedagogical strategies, which can be convergent with innovative devices from the point of view of mediation, communication and evaluation. In this aspect, this communication aims to inform about aspects of initial and continuous training and the distance of teachers, health workers who work in courses of the Coordination of Educational Development and Distance Education, National School of Public Health “ Sergio Arouca “from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation - Rio de Janeiro / Brazil. In our Institution of Higher Education in the area of health, the tutor is considered a teacher while he / she exercises tutoring in lato sensu courses of specialization and professional qualification in refresher courses, continuing education and in health. Facing this situation, the Coordination of Educational Development and Distance Education, faces the challenge not only of incorporating digital technologies in the teaching-learning processes of the offered courses, but also of recognizing the daily use of these digital technologies to elaborate, develop and evaluate pedagogical practices that promote the development of a critical and reflective disposition about information, knowledge and technological uses
