Abstract(s)
Ser  bem-sucedido  no  atual  mercado de trabalho pressupĂ”e possuir um conjunto de competĂȘncias   empreendedoras que habilitem a lidar com os desafios emergentes. Este estudo descreve e sistematiza   essas competĂȘncias, tendo em conta os fenĂłmenos vigentes da globalização e da transformação digital. A  anĂĄlise documental e a reflexĂŁo crĂtica sobre os dados recolhidos, permitiram identificar as razĂ”es socioeconĂłmicas  e  socioculturais  da  relevĂąncia  desta  problemĂĄtica e, consequentemente, elaborar um quadro de referĂȘncia adequado Ă s necessidades fundamentais da maioria dos profissionais. Os resultados apontaram para   um   modelo   tripartido   de   competĂȘncias   -   ter   abertura Ă  novidade, criar soluçÔes para os problemas emergentes  e  comunicar  eficazmente  -  que  integra as  seguintes  competĂȘncias:  criatividade  e  inovação,  espĂrito  de  iniciativa,  autoeficĂĄcia  e  resiliĂȘncia, planificação  estratĂ©gica  e  avaliação,  resolução  de problemas,  liderança  transformacional,  comunicação  clara e visual, teamwork e networking, e comunicação digital.    Na  continuação  deste  estudo,  propĂ”e-se  que  seja  criada  e  validada  uma  escala  de  competĂȘncia  com base neste modelo, de modo a ser possĂvel medir o  grau  de  desenvolvimento  destas  competĂȘncias  na  maioria dos profissionais.
Being successful in the current job market implies having entrepreneurial skills that enable you to deal with emerging challenges. This study describes and systematizes these skills, considering the contemporary phenomena of globalization and digital transformation. Documentary analysis and critical reflection on the data collected made it possible to identify the socio-economic and socio-cultural reasons for the relevance of this issue and, consequently, to develop a reference framework suited to the fundamental needs of most professionals. The results pointed to a tripartite model of competencies - being open to novelty, creating solutions for emerging problems, and communicating effectively - that integrates the following competencies: creativity and innovation; initiative; self-efficacy and resilience; strategic planning and evaluation; problem-solving; transformational leadership; clear and visual communication; teamwork and networking; and digital communication. In the continuation of this study, it is proposed the creation and validation of a competence scale based on this model to measure the degree of development of these competencies in most professionals.
