Revisita-se o corte geológico de Porto Covo, um dos mais importantes do Plistocénico do litoral português. Publica-se um notável artefacto lítico nele recolhido in situ, bem como a cronologia absoluta mínima da sequência sedimentar com base nos resultados das determinações de idade por TL. Tais resultados reforçam as conclusões previamente obtidas por critérios estritamente geológicos
The geological section of Porto Covo, one of the most important of Pleistocene age of the Portuguese coast is revisited. A remarkable lithic artifact, collected in situ, as well as the minimal absolute chronology of the sedimentary sequence based on the results of TL determinations are published.
