dc.description.abstract	Com este estudo exploratório pretende dar-se a conhecer uma experiência de aprendizagem colaborativa em rede ancorada num projeto eTwinning, desenvolvido no âmbito das línguas estrangeiras, nomeadamente no que concerne a língua inglesa. Partindo-se do desenvolvimento de uma atividade comunicativa interativa com ênfase na produção escrita, o presente projeto permitiu o estreitamento de laços entre os diferentes atores nele intervenientes, alunos e professores, através do uso efetivo da língua estrangeira alvo. O contacto direto com outras culturas e outras línguas, potenciou o aperfeiçoamento gradual das competências (skills) dos alunos no que respeita a língua estrangeira visada, assim como a tomada de consciência da vastíssima diversidade linguística e cultural claramente patente nas ações promovidas a este nível, permitindo-lhes a participação ativa na construção do diálogo intercultural aqui implícito. Procurou-se, ao longo de todo o projeto, a criação de ambientes de ensino-aprendizagem amplamente flexíveis, de forma a respeitar os diferentes estilos de aprendizagem intrínsecos a uma vastíssima heterogeneidade de públicos, portadores de crenças, valores, interesses, motivações, conhecimentos complementarmente díspares, envolvendo os alunos na (co)construção de aprendizagens significativas, por forma a expandirem a sua autonomia. A abertura a novas experiências culturais, e em concreto as perspetivadas numa dimensão europeia, na qual se integra esta rede (comunidade) de escolas, promovem o diálogo plurilingue e pluricultural, salientando-se, desde logo, a sua importância a nível das línguas estrangeiras, pelo que consideramos importante a partilha de práticas desenvolvidas nesta área, esperando que este tipo de iniciativas e outras a estas associadas adquiram relevância acrescida nos atuais contextos educativos, funcionando, assim, como ponto de reflexão para a (re)construção da tão desejada cultura de escola.	por
dc.description.abstract	With this exploratory study we aim to present a collaborative learning experience within an eTwinning project, developed in the field of foreign languages, namely regarding English as a foreign language. Starting from the development of an interactive communicative activity, by giving emphasis to the written production, this project allowed the building up of closer and stronger ties among the different actors involved in it, students and teachers, by promoting the effective use of the foreign language target. The direct contact with other cultures, other languages, enhanced the gradual improvement of the students’ skills as far as the foreign language target is concerned, as well as the awakening of their consciousness of the vast linguistic diversity clearly present in the activities developed at this level, allowing them an active participation in the construction of the intercultural dialogue implicit here. It was sought, throughout the whole project, the creation of teaching and learning environments widely flexible, so that we could be able to respect the different learning styles intrinsic to a wide heterogeneity of students, with complementarily and different beliefs, values, interests, motivations, knowledge, by involving them in the co-construction of meaningful learning, in order to expand their own autonomy. The openness to new cultural experiences, and mainly the ones foreseen in an European dimension, in which this school network (community) is integrated, promotes 3 the plurilingual and pluricultural dialogue, emphasizing their importance in the field of foreign languages. Hence, we consider of extreme importance the sharing of practices developed in this field, hoping that this type of initiatives and others associated to it may achieve increased relevance in the current educational settings, working, therefore, as a point of reflection in the reconstruction of the so desired school culture.	por
