| dc.description.abstract | Não nascemos leitores, aprendemos a ler e a gostar de ler, se as nossas aprendizagens e experiências o permitirem. Mais ainda, e como se sabe, quem lê mais lê melhor e, se lê melhor, vai ter vontade de ler mais. A vontade de ler, mais e melhor, passa, em muito, por estratégia sem parceria com aqueles que são contextos significativos para as crianças: a escola, a família e a comunidade (Lajes, 2007). A escola, a família e a comunidade têm um papel essencial na promoção da leitura, contribuindo para a criação de leitores eficientes, motivados e que partilham o gosto pelo conhecimento. Devem, por isso, ser criadas práticas de colaboração entre professores, família e comunidade, com o intuito de promover a leitura e, assim, o sucesso escolar e pessoal dos alunos. O projeto JÁ SEI LER: Leitura em Voz Alta, que teve início em janeiro de 2019, em Portugal, destina-se a crianças que frequentam o 1º ano de escolaridade, acompanhando-as ao longo do seu percurso de quatro anos no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, e atua em três grandes eixos: (i) a promoção de estratégias que fomentem a leitura em voz alta em sala de aula, com vista ao desenvolvimento de uma leitura fluente e compreensiva; (ii) o desenvolvimento de hábitos de leitura partilhada em família, que conduzam a um sucesso pessoal e escolar; e (iii) o envolvimento com a comunidade, levando a uma sensibilização face à importância da leitura na construção individual e do futuro cidadão. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | We are not born readers, we learn to read and to enjoy reading, if our learning and experiences allow it. Moreover, and as you know, who reads more read better and, if you read better, will want to read more. The willingness to read, more and better, goes a long way towards strategies in partnership with those that are significant contexts for children: the school, the family and the community (Lajes, 2007). The school, the family and the community play an essential role in promoting reading, contributing to the creation of efficient, motivated and knowledgeable readers. Therefore, moments of collaboration between teachers, family and community should be created with the purpose of promoting reading and thus the success of students and students. The I KNOW READ OUT project: Reading in High Voice, which began in January 2019 in Portugal, is aimed at children who attend the first year, accompanying them throughout their four-year course in the 1st cycle of ensino básico and works in three main areas: (i) the promotion of strategies that promote reading aloud in the classroom, in order to develop a fluent and comprehensive reading; (ii) the development of shared reading habits in the family, leading to personal and school success; and (iii) involvement with the community, leading to an awareness of the importance of reading in individual construction and the future citizen. | pt_PT |
