Abstract(s)
O presente estudo foi realizado e desenvolvido no contexto do
ensino/aprendizagem de Português Língua Não Materna, em modalidade em
linha, nos anos de 2022/2023. O objeto de estudo deste trabalho é o processo de
identificação das vantagens que representa adaptar para o ensino/aprendizagem
de Português Língua Não Materna, em linha, os princípios pedagógicos
encontrados em um estudo realizado pela Dra. Mariale Hardiman, devidamente
apresentado na sua obra intitulada: O Modelo de Ensino Direcionado ao Cérebro
para as Escolas do Século 21 (Tradução nossa).
O Modelo de Ensino Direcionado ao Cérebro para as Escolas do Século 21
apresenta bases científicas para respaldar a ideia de que o cérebro aprende
melhor sob circunstâncias específicas. O Modelo de ensino analisado para nosso
estudo aborda seis componentes relacionados com a forma como aprende o
cérebro: como estabelecer o clima emocional para a aprendizagem; como criar o
ambiente físico propício para a aprendizagem; como projetar a experiência de
aprendizagem; como ensinar para domínio do conteúdo habilidades e conceitos;
como ensinar para a extensão e aplicação do conhecimento desenvolvendo a
criatividade e a Inovação na educação e como avaliar para aprimorar a
aprendizagem.
Este trabalho analisa e descreve os seis componentes de “O Modelo de Ensino
Direcionado ao Cérebro para as Escolas do Século 21” e oferece um contributo a
educadores virtuais, apresentando sugestões de como adaptar os princípios
pedagógicos do Modelo em um curso de Português Língua Não Materna em
linha.
The present study was conducted and developed in the context of teaching/learning of Portuguese as a Second Language in online modality in the years 2022/2023. The object of study of this work is the process of identifying the advantages that represent adapting to the teaching/learning of Portuguese as a Second Language, in an online-learning context, the pedagogical principles found in a study conducted by Dr. Mariale Hardiman, duly presented in her work entitled "The Brain Targeted Teaching Model for 21st-Century Schools" (2012). The Brain Targeted Teaching Model for 21st-Century Schools presents scientific basis to support the idea that the brain learns best under specific circumstances. The teaching model analyzed for our study addresses six components related to how the brain learns and how to establish the emotional climate for learning; create the physical environment conducive to learning; design the learning experience; teach to master the content skills and concepts; teach for the extension and application of knowledge by developing creativity and innovation in education; evaluate to enhance learning. This paper analyzes and describes the components of The Brain Targeted Teaching Model for 21st-Century Schools model and offers a contribution to virtual educators by presenting suggestions on how to adapt the pedagogical principles of the Model in an online course for Portuguese as a Second Language.
