The objective was to analyze intrapreneurship from the organizational philosophy in prominent Colombian health service provider institutions. A qualitative documentary analysis was carried out on the websites of the 10 best Health Service Provider Institutions (IPS) in Colombia according to the World's Best Hospitals 2025 ranking. The narrative analysis took into account the mission, vision, values and policies of the IPS, taking characteristics associated with intrapreneurship: innovation, applied research, professional autonomy, empowerment, continuous improvement, creativity and organizational culture. It was found that the IPS promote research and innovation, evidencing the commitment to continuous training to strengthen the competencies of their human capital towards the generation of knowledge with ethical criteria and towards continuous improvement as a strategic pillar of the organizational culture. Within their corporate values, they all involve their staff in the "being", contributing to the empowerment to provide solutions. In one of the IPS, the "Culture with Soul" policy is highlighted, influencing a motivated, competent and permanently developing human team aimed at being intrapreneurial. It is considered that the aforementioned distinctions do not represent a categorization between institutions or their models, rather, it implies that intrapreneurship is not a limitable or unique concept, but flexible to the philosophy of these IPS in clinical and social matters, so that it can be adapted to diverse contexts and have positive results as long as it is promoted through appropriate institutional policies and has the objective of transforming all knowledge into institutional value.
