O foco desta dissertação é o estudo da interatividade entre Tutores a Distância, Coordenadores de Tutoria e alunos, no ambiente online de aprendizagem do LANTE, no curso Planejamento, Implementação e Gestão da EaD (PIGEAD), da Universidade Federal Fluminense – UFF, Brasil, no ano de 2014.
O seu objetivo principal é conhecer, identificar e analisar pontos onde as interações em Fóruns de Orientação e Discussão online podem ser melhor qualificadas. Esses espaços de interação são de extrema relevância, pois vêm carregados de afeto e uma boa leitura concorre para o bom andamento do curso sendo um importante lugar para a construção do conhecimento. Para tal fundamentamo-nos na revisão da literatura baseada nos autores (Lévy, 1999), (Silva, 2002), (Primo, 2007), (Kretz, 1985), (Damásio, 2001), entre outros bem como nos investigadores que se dedicaram ao estudo da docência, em especial da tutoria a distância.
The study of interactivity among Distance Tutors, Tutoring Coordinators, General Coordinator of Tutoring, author teacher and students, in LANTE's online learning environment, in the course Planning, Implementation and Management of EaD - PIGEAD of the Universidade Federal Fluminense - UFF, in Brazil, in the year 2014, is the focus this dissertation. Its main objective is to recognize, to identify and to analize points where the interections on Guidance Forums and Online Discussions can be better qualified. These interection spaces are of extreme relevance, because they come loaded with affection and a good reading competes for a course's good progress becoming an important place for the construction of knowledge. The text is based on authors (Lévy, 1999), (Silva, 2002), (Primo, 2007), (Kretz, 1985), (Damásio, 2001), among others.
