Abstract(s)
Training workers in organizations is important for increasing their productivity and profitability, updating their knowledge, and better preparing them for the reality of the market. Using digital platforms (LMS) through the e-Learning method, this training takes place in web environments, allowing training content to be managed and accessed on different devices. e-Learning traditionally has a modular structure that allows for adaptability, flexibility, and asynchronous learning. This study proposes to carry out an investigation using the Design Science Research method, in which a training course on personal data protection is implemented in the organization, using an LMS for knowledge dissemination and employee self-assessment. In the organization in which the study is taking place, there is difficulty in disseminating knowledge due to its many locations and geography, as well as the variety of working hours. This study aims to evaluate the dissemination of training in the organization through microlearning, using Moodle (LMS) and strategic Digital Storytelling techniques, as well as to carry out a pedagogical and engaging evaluation of the training so that it is fast, standardized, flexible, effective for the organization, and of greater interest and receptivity by the workers.
