Abstract(s)
We present the study of a schist plaque collected in the Lapa do Fumo corresponding to the reuse of a larger specimen occasionally or intentionally fractured. The different alternatives that justify the reuse of this type of objects are discussed, which occur in Estremadura and south of the Tagus region, both in funerary and domestic contexts between the Late Neolithic (last quarter of the 4th millennium BC) and the Full/Late Chalcolithic (second half of the 3rd millennium BC).
