| dc.description.abstract | Conhecer e compreender o percurso das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) no contexto educativo português torna-se necessário para facilitar a compreensão e as tendências de uso das TIC como proposta pedagógica. Esta foi a principal questão que orientou a organização deste artigo. Este estudo teórico enquadra-se no Projeto Processos de Ensino, Tecnologias e Inovação, PETI, projeto de uma das linhas de investigação no âmbito do doutoramento em Educação da Universidade Aberta em Lisboa. O texto é uma visão panorâmica e ampla da situação atual do tema em Portugal, cujo objetivo passa por deixar à comunidade acadêmica indicações sobre o desenvolvimento das TIC na educação escolar portuguesa, além de fundamentar um espaço de discussão de alguns dos projetos de investigação de mestrado em desenvolvimento dentro do projeto PETI. Este artigo encontra-se estruturado a partir da clarificação de conceitos e da caracterização e evolução panorâmica das TIC no contexto educativo português para, seguidamente, se problematizarem os seus aspetos e impactos sociais. No sentido de procurar evidência empírica acerca da relevância desta problemática apresentamos neste estudo teórico, análise realizada aos trabalhos acadêmicos disponíveis em repositórios abertos de universidades portuguesas. | dc.description.abstract | Know and understand the course of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Portuguese educational context it is necessary to facilitate understanding of trends in the use of ICT as a pedagogical proposal that was the main question that guided the organization of this article. This theoretical study is part of the Project Learning Processes, Revista EDaPECI Educação a Distância e Práticas Educativas Comunicacionais e Interculturais Technology and Innovation, PETI, a project of the lines of research within the PhD in Education from the Open University Lisbon. The text is a broad overview of the current situation and the theme in Portugal, whose goal is to leave the academic community indications on the development of ICT in school education Portuguese, in addition to base a space for discussion of some of the research projects Masters developing within the project PETI. This article is structured from the clarification of concepts and overview of the characterization and development of ICT in the educational context for Portuguese, then, if problematize its aspects and social impacts. In order to seek empirical evidence about the relevance of this problem we present in this theoretical study, analysis to scholarly works available in open repositories of Portuguese universities.
