The voice of the pupils on violence/aggression at home, at school and in the streets within the intercultural context of Chelas is a work based upon my career as a teacher in a multicultural school and in direct contact, over several years, with families and children for whom violence is a so permanent a fact in their lives. This research takes its starting point from hearing children's voice as victims, spectators and authors of violence/aggression at home, at school and in the streets. It is our belief that a child is a human being capable of building a narrative of his/her own and all the evidence is taken from the real data of his/her life, the child being the core element to the investigation process. We tried to discuss what violence, aggression, negligence mean, starting from a theoretical basis duly established, as well as the importance of learning the rules and traditional tales. The complexities of family, culture and acknowledgment of the Other are also part of this study. Data obtained from the several approaches of the phenomena have been processed through triangulation. The particulars of the place and community where these children are taught and live are described in the study. Discussing data, we saw that children say themselves victims, viewers and authors of violent behaviour at home, at school and in the streets and consider adult violence as inevitable and that that is why they wish laws and a structured family life and mutual respect to assure their security and well-being. School being a complex and multidisciplinary reality, we come to the fact that it is not capable of solving this problem by itself; therefore, it must develop strategies that allow it to organize itself, teaching/learning methods and linkage with the families and their environment, in order to put forward working formulae theoretically informed and oriented to the questions of real and emergent violence.
