dc.description.abstractA evolução tecnológica tem permitido a gravação-vídeo de momentos da vida quotidiana, produzindo uma fonte inesgotável de registos dos comportamentos humanos, sugestivos de análise. A complexidade e especificidade dos dados recolhidos através do vídeo, torna-o numa metodologia interessante de investigação qualitativa. Este método de colheita e de análise de dados, permite a abrangência do fenómeno, o distanciamento emotivo do investigador. A visualização repetida dos vídeos facilita a observação e transcrição do fenómeno, encontrando achados que poderiam passar despercebidos noutras metodologias. A estruturação e o rigor científico na análise dos vídeos, confere credibilidade ao estudo e minimiza os vieses. É fundamental um bom planeamento desta metodologia, quer no desenho do estudo quer na seleção dos materiais e equipamentos. O processo de transcrição dos vídeos pode ser longo e complexo, logo, é fundamental o domínio do processo, analisando, apreendendo e testando. Esta revisão sistemática pretende analisar as metodologias adotadas no decorrer dos processos de análise de vídeos e identificar os softwares que facilitam a transcrição, codificação, categorização e análise de vídeos. dc.description.abstractTechnological evolution has allowed the recording of people's daily lives, producing an inexhaustible source of records of human behavior, suggestive of analysis. The complexity and specificity of the data collected through video makes it an interesting methodology for qualitative research. This method of data collection and analysis allows the comprehension of the phenomenon and the emotional distance from the researcher. The possibility of repeating the video, helps in the transcription and analysis of the data, which can be ignored in other methodologies. In the analysis of the videos, the structuring and the scientific rigor must be maintained, aiming to minimize the biases. Good planning in this methodology is critical, both in study design and in the selection of materials and equipment. Video transcription can be a complex and difficult process if the methodology used is not understood and tested. With this systematic review, we intend to analyze the methodologies adopted during the video analysis processes and identify software that facilitates the transcription, coding, categorization and video analysis, given the answer to the question: What is the most effective video analysis methodology for studying a phenomenon?pt_PT
