dc.description.abstractA DeclaraĆ§Ć£o de Bolonha (1999) foi um marco no Ć¢mbito das polĆ­ticas de EducaĆ§Ć£o Superior da UniĆ£o Europeia na construĆ§Ć£o de um modelo educativo que tem assumido caracterĆ­sticas internacionais. Os programas de intercĆ¢mbios, mobilidade de estudantes, professores e pessoal administrativo e a integraĆ§Ć£o das Tecnologias da InformaĆ§Ć£o e ComunicaĆ§Ć£o Ć  EducaĆ§Ć£o tĆŖm fomentado novos desafios para as universidades. Um deles Ć© incorporar a interculturalidade enquanto princĆ­pio educativo e comunicacional para dar conta da diversidade cultural de estudantes oriundos de diferentes paĆ­ses. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza bibliogrĆ”fica e documental com o objetivo de mapear polĆ­ticas e programas sobre o ensino superior e seu carĆ”ter transnacional. AlĆ©m disso, evidenciam-se enunciados sobre o papel da UniĆ£o Europeia na difusĆ£o de uma cultura educativa intercultural, com tendĆŖncia a constituir-se em uma nova ordem educativa mundial.por
dc.description.abstractThe Bologna Declaration (1999) was a milestone in the policies of Higher Education of the European Union, the construction of an educational model that has taken on international characteristics. The exchange programs, mobilizing students, teachers and administrative staff and the integration of Information and Communication Technologies for Education have fostered new challenges for universities. One is to incorporate intercultural, educational and communicational as a principle to give against the cultural diversity of students from different countries. Mapping was policies and programs on higher education and its transnational character, it becomes clear statements about the European Unionā€™s role in the dissemination of a culture intercultural education, with a tendency to form themselves into a new world order education.por
