Abstract(s)
O desenvolvimento tecnológico tem, ao longo dos séculos, criadas dinâmicas, tanto na construção como na disseminação de culturas, encurtando assim espaços e barreiras. Neste novo paradigma de interação e construção cultural, estão criadas as condições para um maior desenvolvimento multicultural e aprendizagem num espaço global e virtual, funcionando a internet como um eixo gravitacional. O presente trabalho aborda processos recentes de construção, migração e disseminação cultural através do uso de aplicações facilitadoras da mundialização e potenciadoras de esbatimentos de fronteiras. São apresentados alguns dos recursos resultantes do incremento da capacidade de computação, com particular relevo nos dispositivos móveis e o uso de redes de elevada velocidade como a 5G. Situa-os num mundo onde a cidadania global tem ganho expressão especialmente no jovem adulto que é produtor, consumidor e promotor de conteúdos digitais artísticos e
culturais. Os conceitos de geolocalização, plataformas de narrativas multiculturais do tipo Wattpad, merecem um particular destaque. São também abordadas algumas implicações no que concerne à necessidade de aquisição de competências específicas no uso, absorção de conteúdos e aplicações digitais, para mediação intercultural sustentada no empoderamento das plataformas digitais, quais espaços territoriais/digitais facilitadores da comunicação e da globalização da cidadania.
Over the centuries, technological development has created a new dynamic, both in the construction and dissemination of cultures, thus shortening spaces and barriers. In this new paradigm of interaction and cultural construction, the conditions are created for a greater multicultural development and learning in a global and virtual world space, with the internet working as a gravitational axis. The present work addresses recent processes of construction, migration, and cultural dissemination using applications that facilitate globalization and enhance the blurring of borders. This work aims to show the most recent process of cultural migration in a virtual and global world, which facilitating factors of globalization, permeability and blurring of borders. Some of the resources resulting from the increase in computing capacity are presented, with particular emphasis on mobile devices and the use of high-speed networks such as 5G. It situates them in a world where global citizenship has gained expression especially in young adults who are producers, consumers, and promoters of artistic and cultural digital content. The concepts of glocalization, multicultural narrative platforms of the Wattpad type deserve particular emphasis. Some implications are also addressed regarding the need to acquire specific skills in the use, absorption of digital content and applications, for intercultural mediation sustained by the empowerment of digital platforms, as territorial/digital spaces facilitators of communication and globalization of citizenship.
