Abstract(s)
Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar de que modo as aulas de informática no
âmbito da Fundação Francisco de Assis contribuem para o uso das tecnologias digitais
pelos alunos matriculados no 5º ano do ensino fundamental da Escola Municipal
Trajano Procópio, no município de Santa Maria de Itabira/MG. Inserido nesse objetivo,
destacam-se a análise do papel dos instrutores, dos alunos e dos professores diante das
aulas de informática; a interrogação sobre como são desenvolvidos os projetos de
informática; a observação das relações entre os instrutores, os alunos e os professores,
tomando como cenário educacional a Escola Municipal Trajano Procópio. Ressaltamos
que, incialmente, realizamos um percurso histórico das políticas públicas que
procuraram estimular a inserção da informática no cenário educacional brasileiro, entendoa como uma necessidade para a construção de um projeto educacional voltado para as
demandas socioeducacionais dos séculos XX e XXI. Consideramos como opção
metodológica a pesquisa qualitativa, procurando estudar as particularidades das
experiências individuais dos sujeitos envolvidos no ambiente de inserção da informática
na prática educacional da E.M. Trajano Procópio, buscamos compreender e descrever a
contribuição das aulas de informática para o grupo-alvo, em consonância com o
objetivo principal da presente pesquisa, procurando, ainda, identificar as dificuldades
enfrentadas para a consolidação de uma interação efetiva entre as aulas de informática e
os conteúdos pedagógicos ministrados nas salas de aula. Esta investigação ressaltou que
as aulas de informática contribuíram para o crescimento do conhecimento dos alunos da
E.M. Trajano Procópio no que diz respeito à utilização das ferramentas digitais, de
modo que, com exceção da ferramenta Excel, os questionários revelaram um bom
domínio sobre as demais ferramentas, sobretudo, o Word e o Paint. Entretanto, foi
possível averiguar, no cenário em questão, a necessidade da construção de uma
comunicação mais efetiva entre alunos, instrutores e professores de modo a
proporcionar uma interação mais efetiva entre as aulas de informática e os conteúdos
pedagógicos. Ressalta-se, ainda, no quadro geral da realidade educacional brasileira,
que apenas com a capacitação desses profissionais será possível transformar, no cenário
educacional, as ferramentas digitais em instrumentos de trabalhos presentes no dia-a-dia
do professor, fazendo com que ele, o professor, não veja com receios a inclusão dessas
mesmas ferramentas digitais em suas práticas pedagógicas, mas, pelo contrário, que ele
entenda a importância delas na construção de uma educação mais voltada para as
exigências do contemporâneo.
The aim of this study is to investigate how computer science classes within the Francisco de Assis Foundation contribute to the use of digital technologies by students enrolled in the fifth year of elementary school at Trajano Procópio Municipal School in the municipality of Santa Maria de Itabira/MG. Inserted in this objective, we emphasize the analysis of the role of the instructors, the students and the teachers before the computer classes; the question of how computer projects are developed; the observation of the relations between instructors, students and teachers, taking as educational scenario the Municipal School Trajano Procópio. We emphasize that, initially, we carried out a historical course of the public policies that sought to stimulate the insertion of informatics into the Brazilian educational scenario as a necessity for the construction of an educational project focused on the socio-educational demands of the XX and XXI centuries. We considered as a methodological option the qualitative research, seeking to study the particularities of the individual experiences of the subjects involved in the environment of insertion of informatics in the educational practice of M.S. Trajano Procópio, we sought to understand and describe the contribution of computer classes to the target group, in consonance with the main objective of the present research, also trying to identify the difficulties faced for the consolidation of an effective interaction between the computer classes and the pedagogical contents taught in classrooms. The present research emphasized that computer classes contributed to the growth of the knowledge of the students of M.S. Trajano Procópio regarding the use of digital tools, so that, with the exception of the Excel tool, the questionnaires revealed a good mastery over the others tools, especially Word and Paint. However, it was possible to find out, in the scenario in question, the need to build a more effective communication between students, instructors and teachers so as to provide a more effective interaction between computer classes and pedagogical contents. In the general context of the Brazilian educational reality, it is important to emphasize that only with the training of these professionals will it be possible to transform the digital tools into instruments of work present in the daily life of the teacher, the teacher, does not see with fear the inclusion of these same digital tools in their pedagogical practices, but, on the contrary, that he understands their importance in the construction of an education more oriented to the demands of the contemporary.
