Abstract(s)
Tratamento do conceito de "coração inteligente", definido pelo filósofo francês Alain Finkielkraut, enquanto método de abordagem do fenómeno literário.
This paper wishes to be a contribution to the current debate about the role of literature in the context of the so‑called ‘crisis of the Humanities’. By taking into account Alain Finkelkraut’s concept of “intelligent heart” and confronting it with Steiner’s and Todorov’s views of literature and literary studies, a specific notion of literary experience is here proposed, as a way of freeing the literary phenomenon from the structuralist enclosure and opening it up to new possibilities of incidence in the world.
