Este estudo parte da intenção estratégica de promover o engajamento, a reflexão e o protagonismo dos estudantes no desenho de suas carreiras empreendedoras na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter exploratório, com amostragem não probabilística, utilizando-se de um grupo focal composto por 17 estudantes de diferentes cursos e áreas do conhecimento. O objetivo foi compreender as experiências e os aprendizados desses estudantes ao participarem das atividades da Trilha de Desenvolvimento Empreendedor promovida pela universidade. Entre os principais resultados obtidos, destaca-se o desejo dos estudantes por maior profundidade nas discussões e por uma troca mais efetiva de experiências interdisciplinares entre os cursos. Além disso, os participantes sugeriram que as apresentações das atividades fossem mais dinâmicas e interativas, promovendo maior envolvimento. Como desdobramento dessa primeira fase da pesquisa, foi criado o recurso pedagógico educativo “Criaturas Empreendedoras”, uma ferramenta lúdica que apresenta situações-problema que demandam soluções baseadas em competências empreendedoras. O recurso enfoca dimensões como pesquisa, ensino e avaliação, e tem como objetivo estimular, de forma individual e coletiva, a reflexão e o desenvolvimento de habilidades empreendedoras nos estudantes. Até o momento, “Criaturas Empreendedoras” já foi aplicado com a participação de 14 professores e 577 estudantes dee diferentes cursos da PUCRS, revelando-se uma metodologia pedagógica com potencial para contribuir com o desenvolvimento da carreira empreendedora no contexto universitário.
This study stems from the strategic intention of promoting student engagement, reflection, and protagonism in the design of their entrepreneurial careers at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande Sul (PUCRS). To this end, a qualitative, exploratory study was conducted using non-probabilistic sampling, involving a focus group composed of 17 students from different academic programs and fields of knowledge. The objective was to understand the experiences and learnings of these students as they participated in the activities of the Entrepreneurial Development Pathway promoted by the university. Among the main findings, students expressed a desire for deeper discussions and more effective interdisciplinary exchanges between programs. Additionally, participants suggested that activity presentations should be more dynamic and interactive to foster greater engagement. As a result of this first phase of the research, the educational tool Entrepreneurial Creatures developed a playful resource that presents problem-situations requiring solutions based on entrepreneurial competencies. The tool focuses on dimensions such as research, teaching, and assessment, aiming to stimulate, both individually and collectively, reflection and the development of entrepreneurial skills among students. So far, Entrepreneurial Creatures has been implemented with 14 professors and 577 students from various PUCRS courses, proving to be a pedagogical methodology with strong potential to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial careers in the university context.
