| dc.description.abstract | Os dados referentes a composição do legislativo nacional brasileiro, formado pela Câmara dos Deputados e Senado Federal, após a eleição de 2018, apontam para uma situação de subrepresentação de mulheres e pessoas negras, grupos numericamente majoritários da população. Quando considerada as mulheres negras, a sub-representação aparece de forma mais evidente, pois estas representam em média 2% entre os/as parlamentares, mesmo somando cerca de um terço da população brasileira. Diante dessas verificações, a presente dissertação visa analisar os fatores e condicionantes sociohistóricos e políticos que geraram a sub-representação das mulheres negras no legislativo nacional brasileiro após 2018. Para compreensão de tais fatores e condicionantes, a pesquisa desenvolveu-se em uma perspectiva qualitativa do tipo exploratória, através do exame de dados pré-existentes em concomitância com uma revisão literária sobre temas como representação política, feminismo, raça, classe e outros que influenciam na vida das mulheres negras, permitindo uma apreciação de forma interseccional do objeto de estudo. Através de uma análise sobre tais fatores que permeiam a vida das mulheres negras brasileiras em uma sociedade influenciada pela dominação masculina, racismo e preconceitos relacionados a classe social, é possível compreender o distanciamento entre elas e a política formal. O presente estudo pretende ser um contributo aos estudos sobre representação política de mulheres, de pessoas negras e outros segmentos sociais afastados dos espaços formais da política, com atenção especial às mulheres negras, tendo a intenção de contribuir com a reflexão sobre a representação de grupos socialmente minoritários na política brasileira, buscando cooperar com o aumento dessa representação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The data is referring to the formation of the Brazilian national legislature, formed for the Chamber of Deputies and the Federal Senate, after the 2018 election, point to a situation of underrepresentation of women and black people, numerically majority groups of the population. When considering black women, underrepresentation appears more clearly, as they represent an average of 2% among parliamentarians, even though they account for about a third of the Brazilian population. In view of these findings, this dissertation aims to analyze the socio-historical and political factors and constraints that generated the underrepresentation of black women in the Brazilian national legislature after 2018. To understand such factors and constraints, the research was developed in a qualitative perspective of the exploratory type, through the examination of pre-existing data in conjunction with a literary review on topics such as political representation, feminism, race, class and others that influence the lives of black women, allowing an intersectional appreciation of the object of study. Through an analysis of such factors that permeate the lives of black Brazilian women in a society influenced by male domination, racism and prejudices related to social class, it is possible to understand the distance between them and formal politics. The present study intends to be a contribution to studies on the political representation of women, black people and other social segments away from the formal spaces of politics, with special attention to black women, with the intention of encouraging reflection on the representation of socially minority groups. in Brazilian politics, seeking to cooperate with the increase of this representation. | pt_PT |
