Abstract(s)
Procuraremos refletir sobre algumas das figurações literárias, estéticas e artísticas que configuraram o gesto vanguardista futurista (italiano e português): um forte sentido de carnavalização e de transcensão; a intensificação da desumanização do sujeito; a categorização pluridiscursiva do discurso e gesto futuristas; a configuração de uma atitude de revolta, que passa, em primeira instância, por uma reconfiguração da relação entre o indivíduo futurista e a coletividade e, em última instância, pela reconfiguração da identidade dessa coletividade. Nesse sentido, recorreremos a um corpus de trabalho delimitado essencialmente pelos manifestos literários do Futurismo Italiano e do Futurismo Português, neles acentuando a relação entre o indivíduo e a coletividade, entre o eu, ou o nós, futurista e o outro coletivo — procurando, então, justificar até que ponto essa relação conjuga a atitude de confronto aberto, o desacordo com a coletividade, com a modificação da consciência coletiva e a construção de um novo estádio histórico e de uma nova identidade.
We will try to reflect on some literary, aesthetic and artistic figurations that shaped the futuristic avant-garde gesture(Italian and Portuguese): a strong sense of carnivalization and transcendence; the intensification of the subject’s dehumanization; the pluridiscursive categorization of futuristic speechand gesture; the configuration of an attitude of revolt, which, in the first instance, involves a reconfiguration of the relationship between the futuristic “self” and the community and, ultimately, the reconfiguration of the identity of that community. In this sense, we will resort to a corpusof work delimited essentially by the literary manifestos of Italian Futurism and Portuguese Futurism, emphasizing the relationship between the individual and thecollectivity, between the futuristic “I”, or “We”, and the Other(collective). We will then try to justify the extent to which this relationship combines the open confrontational attitude, the disagreement with the community, with the modification of the collective consciousness and the construction of a new historic stadium and a new identity.
