| dc.description.abstract | A complexidade e amplitude apresentadas pelo trinômio – educação, memórias e cultura digital – extrapolam os limites desta breve reflexão. A urgência de tratar do tema, no entanto, me encaminha para primeiras aproximações para melhor compreensão dessas relações na contemporaneidade e nos próximos futuros. O tema, ou melhor ainda, esses temas, unidos ou separados são relevantes. Eles me provocam e me fascinam de formas distintas há algum tempo. Diremos, décadas. Desde o início dos anos 90 do século passado tenho pesquisado e produzido publicações sobre as transformações ocasionadas pelas mídias nas relações entre memórias e educação. A memória individual é parte essencial do processo de educação que permeia todos os momentos de nossas vidas. Define nossos conhecimentos, lembranças, hábitos, paixões, valores e movimentos pessoais. Nossas escolhas em cada época são sempre mediadas pelas memórias que temos do que já vivemos, aprendemos e valorizamos, ou não. Escolas são instituições de memórias culturais, definidoras das nossas formações. Elas se pautam pelos valores, construções e práticas históricas e sociais características de cada época. Assim, o privilégio de acompanhar o progressivo e ágil processo desencadeado pela incorporação massiva dos meios digitais em nossas vidas e na sociedade, nos leva a considerar a urgente necessidade de compreender essa nova realidade em que a memória se articula com a cultura digital e a educação na atualidade e nos próximos futuros. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The complexity and range presented by the trinomial – education, memories, and digital culture – go beyond the limits of this brief reflection. The urgency of dealing with the subject, however, leads me to first approximations for a better understanding of these relationships in contemporary times and in the near future. The theme, or better yet, these themes, however, united or separate are relevant. They have teased and fascinated me in different ways for some time now. Shall we say decades. Since the beginning of the 90s of the last century, I have been researching and producing publications on the transformations caused by the media in the relationship between memories and education. Individual memory is an essential part of the education process that permeates every moment of our lives. It defines knowledges, recalls, habits, passions, values and personal movements. Our choices in each era are always mediated by the memories we have of what we have lived, learned and valued, or not. Schools are institutions of cultural memories, defining our formations. They are guided by the values, constructions and historical and social practices characteristic of each era. Thus, the privilege of accompanying the progressive and agile process triggered by the massive incorporation of digital media in our lives and in society, leads us to consider the urgent need to understand this new reality with which memory is articulated with digital culture and education. now and in the near future. | pt_PT |
