Abstract(s)
Vivemos em sociedades agitadas e palco de fenómenos ligados ao homem e suas
actividades, dentro das famílias e dos locais de trabalho. Um dos fenómenos que é
frequente e próprio da vida em sociedade é o conflito.
Porquê surgem, como, quando, de que maneira são administrados e o impacto que têm
no desempenho dos professores são aspectos abordados neste trabalho, dividido em
quatro capítulos, desenvolvido com uma metodologia exploratória descritiva e uma
abordagem de estudo de caso aplicado na Escola nº 57 “1º de Dezembro”-
Lubango/Angola e uma amostra de 35 professores. No final do estudo concluiu-se que
há ocorrência de conflitos ligados às tarefas, os mesmos afectam no desempenho dos
professores, como são geridos causa desgastes e vulnerabilidade ao efectivo de
trabalhadores; é fundamental a manutenção de um ambiente de trabalho agradável.
We live in agitated societies and stage of phenomena related to the man and his activities, within the families and the work places. One of the phenomena that is frequent and proper to life in society is conflict. Why they arise, how, when, how they are administered and the impact they have on teachers' performance are aspects addressed in this work, divided into four chapters, developed with an exploratory descriptive methodology and a case study approach applied at School No. 57 "1º de Dezembro" - Lubango / Angola and a sample of 35 teachers. At the end of the study it was concluded that there are occurrences of conflicts related to the tasks, they affect the performance of the teachers, how they are managed cause wear and vulnerability to the workforce; it is essential to maintain a pleasant work environment.
