Reconhecida a necessidade de existência de uma plataforma Web colaborativa dirigida à
comunidade dos condóminos em Portugal, pretende este trabalho contribuir para agregar
informação diversificada e desenvolver uma comunidade associada a tal plataforma.
O problema está associado à dispersão de informação do sector dos condomínios que se
encontra na Web e na padronização inerente ao sector.
O objetivo geral a atingir era modelar a arquitetura de informação para uma plataforma
colaborativa de Gestão do Conhecimento sobre o modelo de gestão dos condomínios e sua
implementação.
Para responder as questões de qual será o modelo de arquitetura de informação apropriado
para uma plataforma colaborativa ou ainda, como a gestão do conhecimento pode contribuir
como um instrumento de competitividade em ambiente Web, foi realizada uma revisão
bibliográfica sobre a modelação da Arquitetura da Informação e Gestão do Conhecimento
adequada à agregação do valor por meio de uma plataforma colaborativa orientada ao sector
dos condomínios.
Foram realizados dois inquéritos através de questionários. O primeiro ao utilizador da
plataforma correspondente a uma amostra da população de condóminos para saber qual é o
perfil de utilizador, a satisfação associada a administração, bem como, da importância da
plataforma e seus serviços informativos. E o segundo inquérito para validação do trabalho,
recorrendo a avaliação de profissionais de administração de condomínios. Por fim, o
protótipo foi ajustado de acordo com as indicações desses profissionais.
Recognized the need for the existence of a collaborative Web platform directed to the community Owners of the condominium in Portugal, this work aims to contribute to aggregate diverse information and develop a community associated with such a platform. The problem is associated with the dispersion of condominium sector information found on the Web and the inherent standardization of the sector. The overall objective was to model the information architecture for a collaborative Knowledge Management platform in the condominium management model and its implementation. To answer the questions about which information architecture model is appropriate for a collaborative platform or how knowledge management can contribute as a tool for competitiveness in the web environment was conducted a literature review on information architecture modeling and knowledge management appropriate to value addition through a collaborative platform oriented to the condominium sector. Through the questionnaires were conducted two surveys. The first survey was direct to the user of the platform, corresponding to the owner population sample, to know the user profile, the satisfaction associated with the administration, as well as the importance of the platform and the information services. The second questionnaire was to validate the work through the evaluation of condominium management professionals. Finally, the prototype was adjusted according to the indications of these professionals.
