Abstract(s)
eventos inesperados.

The survey was conducted with 64 wine producers of Designation of Controlled Origin (DOC) Chablis, in France, independent members of the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB). The results show a positive effect on the level of exports in the marketing of Chablis wine to the USA, which unlike other wines from other regions of France, has demonstrated continued development and increasing market expansion in its exports. The measures adopted provided an acceleration in the digitization of Chablis wines, revealing the importance of e-commerce for anticipation of unexpected events. The pioneering research shows the analogy of Chablis wine in its exports and its potential traded by the digitization of the wine sector.
