Este artigo pretende discutir a importância da interacção social no contexto dos ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem. Analisa a percepção que os formandos, no final de um curso online (regime blended learning) têm sobre a interacção social ocorrida e o sentimento de presença social vivido.
This article aims to discuss the importance of social interaction in the context of virtual learning environments. It analyzes the perception that the trainees, at the end of an online course (blended learning regime) have about the social interaction that occurred and the feeling of social presence experienced.
