Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho busca mostrar a percepção dos funcionários do Hospital Geral
de Luanda sobre a Avaliação do Desempenho. A pesquisa teve como propósito de
investigar Qual é a percepção dos funcionários do Hospital Geral de Luanda sobre
Avaliação do Desempenho. Sendo assim, a hipótese da presente pesquisa que foi
confirmada aponta de que, os funcionários do Hospital Geral de Luanda têm a percepção
do sistema da Avaliação do Desempenho como injusto e desonesto; não promove a
competitividade e nem a melhoria de competências; desmotiva e promove a baixa
qualidade dos serviços de atendimento aos utentes na instituição. O objectivo desta

pesquisa foi de Analisar a Percepção dos Funcionários do Hospital Geral de Luanda sobre
a Avaliação do Desempenho na Instituição. Foi possível realizar a pesquisa recorrendo
ao uso de recursos e técnicas estatísticas, assentando-se assim no paradigma da pesquisa
quantitativa e optando- se por tipologia de pesquisa proposto pelo Vergara (2006) Quanto
aos meios e quanto aos fins. Foi recolhida uma amostra de 103 funcionários de forma
aleatória, tendo como instrumento aplicado para a obtenção dos resultados o questionário,
com o qual os funcionários desta mesma instituição selecionados de forma aleatória
tiveram a oportunidade de expor de forma clara e objectiva qual é a percepão que os
mesmos têm sobre a avaliação do desempenho praticado na instituição em que pertencem.
Os resultados deste estudo mostram que a avaliação de desempenho não proporciona
efeitos positivos para a organização e nem para o pessoal; a mesma é entendida pelos
funcionários como um processo mal concebido e conduzido para o alcance dos objetivos
e metas em que gostariam de ver em prol de desenvolvimento pessoal e da organização.
Pós os mesmos não tem credibilidade nos resultados apresentados porque os avaliadores
não dominam os critérios de avaliação e não se comprometem com a avaliação.
The present work seeks to show the perception of the employees of the General Hospital of Luanda on Performance Evaluation. The research had as purpose to investigate what is the perception of the employees of the General Hospital of Luanda on Performance Evaluation. Thus, the hypothesis of the present research that had been confirmed indicates that, the employees of the General Hospital of Luanda perceive the Performance Evaluation as unfair and dishonest; it does not promote competitiveness or improve skills; discourages and promotes the poor quality of services and customer service at the institution. The objective of this research was to Analyze the Perception of the Employees of the VI General Hospital of Luanda on the Evaluation of Performance in the Institution. It was possible to carry out the research using the use of resources and statistical techniques, thus being based on the quantitative research paradigm and opting for the type of research proposed by Vergara (As for the means and for the purposes). A sample of 103 the results of the questionnaire, with which randomly selected employees of the same institution had the opportunity to present in a clear and objective way the perception they have of the evaluation performance in the institution in which they belong. The results of this study shows that performance evaluation does not provide positive effects for the organization or staff; it is understood by employees as a poorly designed process and driven to achieve the goals and goals they would like to see for personal development and the organization. Post-tests do not have credibility in the presented results because the evaluators do not dominate the evaluation criteria and do not commit to the evaluation.
