A literatura portuguesa questiona o autoritarismo através de variadas formas discursivas. Partindo de uma tentativa da sua conceptualização, e restringindo o corpus à narrativa ficcional e não ficcional, aqui se faz uma abordagem diacrónica do tema em obras de referência produzidas desde o século xv ao xxi.
Portuguese literature questions the concept of authoritarianism through a variety of discursive forms. Starting from an attempt to conceptualize it and restricting the corpusto fictional and non-fictional narrative, we try in this paper a diachronic theme approach concerning reference works published between the 15th and the 21st centuries.
