dc.description.abstractLos recientes hallazgos en Próximo Oriente y China permiten presuponer elaboración de cerveza en la Península Ibérica desde la llegada del paquete neolítico con los cereales ya domesticados. Podemos remontarnos al Neolítico Medio I para hallar el testimonio más antiguo (Can Sadurní, Begues). Buena cantidad de yacimientos campaniformes, en especial en las cuencas del Duero y el Tajo, indican su presencia que continuó durante la Edad del Bronce hasta llegar a época ibérica, sugiriendo que su elaboración y consumo fue generalizada durante la prehistoria reciente peninsular. La circunstancia de que la mayoría de los análisis fueran realizados por el mismo equipo investigador lleva a un mapa probablemente parcializado que debería ser revisado en un proyecto conjunto de investigación tendente a analizar el problema y realizar buen número de análisis de residuos que permitan comprobar si el consumo de cerveza, aunque resultase de carácter ritual, fue general y a partir de qué momento sucedió dicho fenómeno.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe recent discoveries in the Middle East and China allow us to presuppose brewing in the Iberian Peninsula since the arrival of the Neolithic package with already domesticated cereals. We can go back to the Middle Neolithic I to find the oldest testimony (Can Sadurní, Begues). A large number of bell-shaped deposits, especially in the Duero and Tagus basins, indicate its presence that continued during the Bronze Age until reaching the Iberian period, suggesting that its production and consumption was widespread during recent peninsular prehistory. The circumstance that most of the analyzes were carried out by the same research team leads to a probably biased map that should be reviewed in a joint research project aimed at analyzing the problem and carrying out a good number of residues analyzes that allow verifying whether the consumption of beer, even if it was of a ritual nature, was general and from what moment did this phenomenon occur.pt_PT
