Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho visa analisar a aprendizagem dos estudantes no ensino a distância
do departamento de Psicologia do Instituto Superior Monitor na Zona Sul de
Moçambique, nomeadamente nas províncias de Maputo, Gaza e Inhambane. Pretendese identificar os elementos condicionantes da aprendizagem dos estudantes do ensino à
distância do departamento de Psicologia do ISM.
O objeto deste trabalho foi obtido através da caracterização dos fatores presentes na
aprendizagem, identificação dos fatores presentes na avaliação da aprendizagem e pela
análise do impacto dos fatores condicionadores da avaliação da aprendizagem na
influência do aluno.
Os dados compulsados foram obtidos através do método monográfico e indutivo, pois
pretendia-se através da análise a uma instituição específica tirar ilações que pudessem
ser generalizadas para casos semelhantes. Na recolha de informação, e visto tratar-se de
uma análise, foi privilegiada a abordagem qualitativa, sem contudo dispensar a
abordagem quantitativa configurando-se em Mista para um melhor alcance dos
objetivos pré definidos. No que se refere às técnicas, usou-se a observação direta
intensiva e extensiva, através da aplicação da entrevista e do questionário,
respetivamente.
Os resultados obtidos demostraram que a aprendizagem dos estudantes do departamento
de Psicologia do Instituto Superior Monitor na zona sul de Moçambique é condicionada,
pela dedicação dos estudantes na aprendizagem dos conteúdos lecionados aliada a fraca
formação e experiência profissional dos tutores na área da docência no geral e no ensino
a distância em particular.
This study aims to analyze the students' learning in distance education in the Department of Psychology of the Instituto Superior Monitor in the Southern Zone of Mozambique, namely in the provinces of Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane. It is intended to identify the conditioning elements of the learning of distance learning students of the ISM Psychology Department. The objective of this work was to characterize the factors present in the learning, to identify the factors present in the evaluation of the learning and to analyze the impact of the conditioning factors of the evaluation of the learning in the influence of the student. The data were obtained through the monographic and inductive method. For it was intended by analysis to a specific institution to draw inferences that could be generalized to similar cases. In the collection of information and since it is an analysis, the qualitative approach was privileged, without, however, dispensing the quantitative approach, configuring it in a Mixed approach, to better reach the pre-defined objectives. And referring to the techniques was used intensive and extensive direct observation, through the application of the interview and the questionnaire respectively. The results showed that the students of the Department of Psychology of Instituto Superior Monitor in the southern zone of Mozambique is conditioned by the students' dedication to learning the contents, allied to the weak training and professional experience of tutors in the field of teaching in general and in teaching distance learning in particular.
