Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho realiza-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Administração e Gestão Escolar.
Tem por objetivo comprovar que o Projeto Fénix implementado no Agrupamento de Escolas O Nosso Jardim, pela comunidade escolar, operou de fato, uma mudança da gramática escolar.
Consciente de que o mesmo depende igualmente de fatores externos.
O Programa Nacional de Promoção do Sucesso Escolar (PNSE) é uma medida governamental que apoia as dinâmicas institucionais através da contratualização de metas de melhoria nos resultados escolares e na redução do abandono escolar.
O Projeto Fénix é um recurso proveniente do PNPSE, que visa a prevenção e o combate do insucesso e abandono escolar, pelo desenvolvimento de uma metodologia mais individualizada para cada aluno, nas disciplinas de Português e Matemática, as quais são importantes para o sucesso de outras. O Agrupamento de Escolas O Nosso Jardim é uma unidade educativa de Território de Intervenção Prioritária (TEIP) desde 2012, cuja comunidade escolar se caracteriza pela diversidade socioeconómico e cultural. Este agrupamento desde o ano letivo 2015/2016 até ao presente tem vindo a desenvolver o Projeto Fénix como forma de combater o
insucesso escolar no 1º ciclo da Escola Os Girassóis e no 2º ciclo da Escola O Roseiral.
Com o intuito de perceber se este Projeto desenvolvido nas referidas escolas promove o sucesso escolar, conseguindo assim uma mudança da gramática escolar, realizaram-se entrevistas aos agentes educativos, questionários aos alunos, analisaram-se grelhas de evolução do sucesso/insucesso escolar e documentos administrativos.
Do estudo constatámos que este Projeto pode traduzir-se numa verdadeira mudança na gramática escolar, tendo em conta a coordenação, o trabalho colaborativo, a avaliação sistemática para ajuste da metodologia, o perfil do professor, a fixação deste à escola, o compromisso e responsabilização da comunidade escolar, em especial dos encarregados de educação dos alunos envolvidos no Projeto.
The present work fits in the aim of the conlusion of the Masters degree in School Administration and management. The objective of this work is the reflection about Project Fenix implemented in the group of schools “Nosso Jardim” and for the school comunity as a project to promote the change of the educational grammar The world society and specially the Portuguese society show growing heterogeneity. The school facing the heterogeneity of its student at a social and economic level looks to find conditions to promote the success of each student, whilst remaing aware that the success is also dependant on external factors. The National Programme for the Promotion of School Success (PNSE) is a governmental measure which consists in the support of the institutional dinamic through the implementation of contracts to improve the tagets of betterment of school results and reduction of school abandonment. The success of our students depends on several factors however it is imperative that schools develop adequate responses to each student. The “Fenix project is a resource from PNPSE, which looks to prevent and fight the school failure and abandonment and develops an individual methodology for each student in the subjects of portuguese and maths, important subjects for the development of others. The group of schools Nosso Jardim is a school of priority intervetion (TEIP), since 2012 and its comunity has a characteristic diversity on a social economic and cultural level. Since the school year of 2015/2016 this group has been developing the Fenix project to fight against the school failures in the elementary school Girassois and in the high school O Roseiral. With the intent to understand if this project developed in the schools referred above schools promotes the school success and achieves a change in the educational grammar, interviews were conducted to education officials, quiestionaires were completed by students and matrices of the development of the school success/failure and other administrative documents were reviewed. From the study it was observed this project may bring a real change in educational grammar taking into account the coordination , the collaborative work and the systematic evaluation for the adjustment of the methodology and the teacher profile the affiliation with the school and the commitment and ownership of the school community in particular for the parents and legal guardians of the students involved in the project.
