Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and the Spotify model are applied to organizations undergoing agile transformations to expedite product development and reduce time-tomarket. Embracing agile methodologies is essential for organizations, with the success of adoption varying due to diverse factors influencing organizational dynamics, such as compliance, legacy system integration, corporate culture, change resistance, and organizational size. This thesis conducts a comprehensive analysis of the application of SAFe within the context of agile transformations. While other frameworks are acknowledged, the primary focus remains on SAFe. Employing a Multivocal Literature Review (MLR), this study rigorously examines existing research to scrutinize SAFe’s implementation within large, intricate organizational structures. The insights drawn from this research contribute to shaping future investigations and refine strategies targeted at fostering agile transformations within organizational frameworks. These findings guide future studies and inform the design of appropriate techniques for successful agile transformations within organizations.pt_PT
