Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho pretende efectuar uma anålise da Nova Ordem Mundial, que se constituiu após o fim do mundo bipolar entre os blocos soviético e norte-americano.
Descreve-se uma nova ordem não apenas militar (baseada na força), mas também politica e sobretudo económica.
Para isso definiram-se os conceitos de ordem, ordem internacional ou mundial.
Descreveu-se tambĂ©m o mundo bipolar e o seu desmoronamento, questionando-se posteriormente a existĂȘncia actual de uma ordem unipolar ou multipolar.
Por Ășltimo, analisou-se a perspectiva de uma ordem econĂłmica mundial, nem sempre coincidente com as potĂȘncias militares existentes. Salientando o papel da globalização e a existĂȘncia dos grandes espaços econĂłmicos, bem como as potĂȘncias emergentes, como Ă© o caso da China, ou mesmo os chamados âtigres asiĂĄticosâ.
The present article pretends to make an analysis of the new world order, constituted after the end of bipolar world between the soviet and the north-American blocs. Describe a new order not only military (based on strength), but also policy and economic. For that, we define the concepts of order, international order or world order. Describes the bipolar world and his collapse, discussing after that about a existence actually of an unipolar or multipolar order. At last, we analyses the perspective of an economic world order, not always coincident with the existents military potencies. To set the paper of globalization and existing great economic spaces, like the emergent potencies as China.
