| dc.description.abstract | Neste trabalho, Sofia Fernandes e Fátima Alves do Centre for Functional Ecology - Science for People & the Planet, Laboratório Associado Terra da Universidade de Coimbra, e da sua Extensão na Universidade Aberta de Portugal, analisam como Marrocos está a reconhecer os impactos da subida do nível do mar, ao mesmo tempo em que as políticas públicas ainda não articulam estes riscos com estratégias de mobilidade humana, de planeamento territorial ou de proteção das comunidades mais vulneráveis. | dc.description.abstract | In this work, Sofia Fernandes and Fátima Alves, from the Centre for Functional Ecology – Science for People & the Planet, Terra Associated Laboratory of the University of Coimbra, and its Extension at the Universidade Aberta of Portugal, analyse how Morocco is recognising the impacts of sea-level rise, while public policies still fail to articulate these risks with human mobility strategies, territorial planning, or the protection of the most vulnerable communities.
