Abstract(s)
do território angolano.
habitantes do bairro do Golfo no município do Lobito.

On the one hand, it can be understood as fashion, tastes that are part of the intangible goods and the local cultural identity of the people of a certain region, but also, on the other hand, it was tried to know if the use of traditional costumes is a habit connoted with the (male and female), or whether it is for use by all adolescents and young people and how they are used on different occasions or in certain traditional places. The traditional costume has always been present in the history of the Angolan people, being one used to identify from each region of Angola. This study consists of identifying cultural and social transformations in Angolan society with an impact on the ways of being and acting fundamentally in the way of dressing. To answer these questions a qualitative research was developed, through the application of interviews to 20 individuals male and female, inhabitants of the neighborhood of the Golfo in the municipality of Lobito. The main results indicate that traditional costumes are used more frequently in certain festive situations and environments but still represent symbolically the origin of the individual and his region of Angola and feelings of belonging.
