Enaltecendo as tecnologias da atualidade, quer em termos empresariais quer a
nível global, pretendeu-se neste trabalho realizar um estudo da sua
implementação na organização Inseltec Soluções, Lda, mais concretamente no
departamento de gestão de stocks, com o objetivo de adquirir conhecimento
sobre como melhorar o seu sistema interno, de modo a melhorar a eficácia
operacional.
A investigação aprofundou diferentes formas de gerir os stocks da organização,
focou não só os modelos de gestão de stock existentes, para auxiliar no que se
refere ao ponto de equilíbrio dos stocks e seus custos, uma vez que a detenção
de stocks implica custos seja de armazenamento, manuseamento e outros, mas
também uma gestão administrativa com o apoio em ferramentas informáticas,
como os sistemas de informação para gestão (SIG) aplicados à gestão de stocks.
Pretendeu-se determinar a melhor forma de gestão de stocks a aplicar à
empresa, de forma a atingir a eficácia operacional seja em termos financeiros
seja em termos de satisfação dos clientes.
A Inseltec Soluções, Lda é uma empresa moçambicana, cuja atividade consiste
na importação e distribuição de tabaco a nível regional das marcas internacionais
Black Devil (holandesa) e Pine (coreana). O estudo teve como objetivo minimizar
erros humanos, devido ao sistema atualmente em uso, relativamente a falhas de
stock em armazéns, reduzindo seus custos e obtendo dados de forma mais
eficiente e correta.
O estudo aplicado incidiu na análise de duas opções de implementação de
software na empresa, tendo-se concluído que o software Gestwin, atendendo às
necessidades e especificidades da empresa, será a melhor opção a
implementar.
Praising today's technologies, both in business terms and globally, the aim of this work was to carry out a study of its implementation in the organization Inseltec Soluções, Lda, more specifically in the stock management department, with the aim of acquiring knowledge about how improve its internal system so as to improve operational efficiency. The investigation delved into different ways of managing the organization's stocks, focused not only on the existing stock management models, to assist with regard to the break-even point of stocks and their costs, since the holding of stocks implies costs of either storage, handling and others, but also administrative management with the support of computer tools, such as management information systems (GIS) applied to stock management. It was intended to determine the best form of stock management to be applied to the company, in order to achieve operational efficiency, both in financial terms and in terms of customer satisfaction. Inseltec Soluções,lda is a Mozambican company, whose activity consists in the import and distribution of tobacco at a regional level of the international brands Black Devil (dutch) and Pine (korean). The study aimed to minimize human errors, due to the system currently in use, regarding stock failures in warehouses, reducing costs and obtaining data more efficiently and correctly. The applied study focused on two software implementation options in the company, having concluded that the Gestwin software, meeting the needs and specificities of the company, will be the best option to implement.
