Abstract(s)
O presente estudo teve como objetivo principal investigar, numa perspectiva comparada,
as políticas Brasileiras e Portuguesas de Formação de Docentes para o Ensino Técnico
Profissionalizante, destacando as “Competências” e “Habilidades” necessárias para
desenvolver uma Matriz de Referência Lusobrasileira de Formação Docente. Procurouse
através de uma análise exaustiva, estabelecer as relações entre “Competências” e
“Habilidades”. Utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo para realizar o tratamento dos dados
qualitativos. O corpus documental para validação do estudo foi constituído por artigos,
teses e documentos produzidos durante o período de 2000 a 2010. Os dados recolhidos
pertenceram à esfera continental, onde os países Brasil e Portugal estavam envolvidos.
Os resultados encontrados identificaram o papel fundamental do conceito de
“Competência” na Formação Docente e o significado dado ao termo “Habilidade”. Foram
identificados, através das diferentes matrizes, dezessete eixos determinando as diferentes
dimensões e perspectivas de formação. No final apresenta-se uma Proposta de Matriz
Lusobrasileira de “Competências e Habilidades” para a Formação Docente no Ensino
Técnico Profissionalizante, apontando-se o cenário encontrado, as principais
considerações, as limitações do estudo e as recomendações e projeções para trabalhos
futuros.
The present study aimed to investigate in a comparative perspective the Brazilian and Portuguese political training of teachers for Technical and Vocational Education, highlighting the skills and abilities necessary to develop an array of Portuguese-Brazilian reference to Teacher Training. The aim was to provide analysis and to establish the relationship between Skills and Abilities. It was used an analysis of content to perform the processing of qualitative data. The document corpus to validate the study was comprised of articles, theses and documents produced during the period 2000-2010. The data was collected in a continental sphere where s Brazil and Portugal were involved. The results identified the key role of the concept of Ability in Teacher Training and the meaning given to the term Skill. It was identified through the different patterns, seventeen axes given the different dimensions and training prospects. In the end it was presented a proposal of Pattern of Skills and Abilities for Teacher Training for Technical and Vocational Education, pointed out the present scenario, the main considerations, limitations of the study and recommendations for future work and projections.
