Para o setor automĆ³vel torna-se imperativo a prossecuĆ§Ć£o da excelĆŖncia para que as variegadas organizaƧƵes a ele indissociadas possam permanecer competitivas e, assim, corresponderem Ć s exigĆŖncias do mercado sem descurarem as condiƧƵes adversas da atual conjuntura econĆ³mico-financeira.
Pretende-se com o presente trabalho, no contexto da obtenĆ§Ć£o do grau acadĆ©mico de mestre, investigar e propor uma soluĆ§Ć£o para o transporte e alimentaĆ§Ć£o de linhas de montagem, com a adoĆ§Ć£o da filosofia Lean e aplicaĆ§Ć£o de mĆ©todos e formas de automatizaĆ§Ć£o.
ApĆ³s proceder-se a uma revisĆ£o da literatura relacionada com os temas associados Ć filosofia Lean e das tecnologias disponĆveis de automaĆ§Ć£o em processos de manuseamento e transporte e, ainda, Ć descriĆ§Ć£o e anĆ”lise sobre o funcionamento atual do processo que Ć© objeto de estudo serĆ”, entĆ£o, proposta uma soluĆ§Ć£o de otimizaĆ§Ć£o e agilizaĆ§Ć£o do processo correspondente Ć atividade logĆstica secundĆ”ria da movimentaĆ§Ć£o de materiais, incluindo a respetiva anĆ”lise financeira do projeto, bem como a proposta de melhorias futuras.
For the automotive sector, it is imperative to pursue excellence so that the variegated organizations associated with it can remain competitive and thus respond to the demands of the market without neglecting the adverse conditions of the current economic and financial environment. The objective of this work is to investigate and propose a solution for the transport and feeding of assembly lines, with the adoption of a Lean philosophy and the application of methods and forms of automation. After undertaking a literature review on the thematic associated with the Lean philosophy and technology available for the automation and material handling and perform a description/analysis of the process that is the subject of study, is then presented a solution for optimization for the secondary logistic process of material flow, including the respected financial analysis and future improvements.
