Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho de investigação tem como pano de fundo, propor um plano de ação de
Endomarketing para melhoria do Clima Organizacional no Instituto Superior Politécnico
Gregório Semedo (IGS), no Lubango. Para a concretização deste trabalho utilizou-se uma
pesquisa do tipo descritivo e exploratório com cunho qualitativo e quantitativo. Para a
realização deste trabalho de investigação, começou-se com uma revisão da literatura
relacionada com o tema em estudo e foram recolhidos alguns documentos que deram
sustentabilidade à pesquisa. Antes da recolha dos dados foi realizado um pré-teste do
inquérito para verificar se o mesmo estava em condições de ser aplicado. Para a presente
pesquisa foram utilizadas duas amostras compostas por 27 docentes e 22 funcionários de
outras áreas do IGS. Os dados recolhidos foram apresentados em forma de quadros e gráficos
utilizado o Software Excel, demonstrando as respostas do nível de satisfação em relação ao
Endomarketing, Comunicação Interna e Clima Organizacional. Foram analisados e
discutidos os resultados, sendo que, por fim, foi elaborada a conclusão com sugestões e uma
proposta de plano de ação para o IGS.
The present essay relies on the background of proposing an Endomarketing action plan to improve the organizational atmosphere in the Instituto Superior Politécnico Gregório Semedo (IGS) in Lubango. To fulfill this task, a descriptive and an exploratory research were used with qualitative and quantitative approaches. We began by reviewing the literature related to the topic in study and compiled some documents that supported the research. Before gathering the data, a pilot study was conducted to verify if the survey was in good conditions to be applied. In this research two samples were used composed by of 27 teachers and 22 employees of other areas in the IGS. Tables and graphics were made using Excel software. The data obtained demonstrated the satisfaction level concerning the Endomarketing, internal communication and organizational atmosphere. The results were, also, analyzed and discussed. Finally, it was elaborated a conclusion with some suggestions and a proposal of an action plan for the IGS.
