Comunicação proferida no dia da Europa, a convite da Associação Portuguesa de Estudos Europeus. Partindo de uma 'ideia' de universidade, interroga-se a noção de 'Estudos Europeus' e referem-se alguns cursos oferecidos pelo ensino superior português, com este nome ou nome similar. Advoga-se que seja dado maior destaque, nesses cursos, maior desenvolvimento à componente de 'cultura portuguesa' nos seus planos de estudo.
Communication presented on Europe’sDay 2018, at the invitation of the Portuguese Association of European Studies. Starting from an 'idea' of university, the notion of 'European Studies' is questioned and some courses offered by Portuguese Higher Education, with this name or similar name, are referred to. It is advocated that greater emphasis is placed on these courses, greater development of the 'Portuguese culture' component in their study plans.
