O setor agropecuário, apesar da sua importância fundamental para a economia e sociedade, tem enfrentado desafios na adoção de sistemas de informação modernos.
Muitos dos profissionais desse setor são indivíduos com mais de 50 anos e possuem pouca formação formal, o que pode influenciar a baixa taxa de adoção de tecnologias.
A falta de sistemas de informação adequados pode limitar a eficiência e produtividade da Agropecuária. A Usabilidade emerge como um fator crucial para garantir que plataformas sejam não apenas adotadas, mas também utilizadas de maneira eficaz.
Este estudo propôs o desenvolvimento e teste de uma plataforma Web focada em Usabilidade para atender às necessidades específicas da Agropecuária. A intenção focouse em medir o impacto direto da Usabilidade na adoção e eficácia da plataforma.
A plataforma foi testada em diferentes contextos de Agropecuária para validar a sua aplicabilidade e utilidade em ambientes reais. Serão recolhidos dados quantitativos e qualitativos para avaliar o desempenho e a satisfação dos utilizadores.
A Usabilidade é central para garantir que sistemas de informação sejam intuitivos e atendam às necessidades dos utilizadores. No contexto da Agropecuária, isso é ainda mais crítico, dada a diversidade de utilizadores e suas respetivas limitações.
A adoção de sistemas de informação no setor agropecuário é fundamental para a sua modernização e sustentabilidade. Através deste estudo, espera-se demonstrar que a Usabilidade é um fator chave para superar barreiras de adoção e garantir a eficiência operacional.
The agricultural sector, despite its fundamental importance to the economy and society, has faced challenges in adopting modern information systems. Many professionals in this sector are individuals over 50 years old and have little formal education, which may influence the low adoption rate of technologies. The lack of adequate information systems can limit the efficiency and productivity of agriculture. Usability emerges as a crucial factor to ensure that platforms are not only adopted but also used effectively. This study proposes the development and testing of a web platform focused on usability to meet the specific needs of agriculture. The intention is to measure the direct impact of usability on the adoption and effectiveness of the platform. The platform will be tested in different agricultural contexts to validate its applicability and usefulness in real environments. Quantitative and qualitative data will be collected to evaluate performance and user satisfaction. Usability is central to ensuring that information systems are intuitive and meet user needs. In the context of agriculture, this is even more critical, given the diversity of users and their respective limitations. The adoption of information systems in the agricultural sector is essential for its modernization and sustainability. Through this study, it is expected to demonstrate that usability is a key factor in overcoming adoption barriers and ensuring operational efficiency.
