Based on the Innovation Agenda on Digital Education, this OpenEU Whitepaper aims to translate its strategic priorities into a clear, practical and accessible framework for action. It is designed for a broad range of audiences, including teachers, learners, education and training providers, decision-makers, employers, industry and city networks, and other stakeholders involved in education, training and lifelong learning. The Whitepaper provides a practical reference for dialogue, planning and collaboration across learning ecosystems. It supports readers in identifying the priorities most relevant to their context, recognizing shared responsibilities, and exploring actions that can be implemented, evaluated and shared across institutions, sectors and communities. By linking the strategic vision of the Innovation Agenda on Digital Education with concrete possibilities for action, the document seeks to foster more connected, inclusive, responsible and sustainable approaches to digital education.
