In this research it is shown an analysis of the textual messages submitted to ForChat, an on-line learning environment, during a time span of two months. The objective of the textual messages analysis was to identify the strategies of communication utilized by three lecturers who belong to the Distance Education and Educational Projects, PEED, on its stage 3.Este artigo apresenta um relato de pesquisa realizado no Departamento de Ciências da Educação, DCE, da Universidade Aberta, Lisboa, Portugal.
