Contudo, nem todos os cidadãos estão em iguais circunstâncias no acesso pleno dos direitos de cidadania. O objetivo deste texto é refletir e discutir alguns dos impactos das medidas e políticas sociais sobre as pessoas e famílias ciganas, bem como as mudanças (in)visíveis subjacentes aos processos plurais de reconfiguração sócio identitária.Considering the social and political changes that took place in Portugal, from April 25, 1974, specifically provided since the democratic system was implemented, became effective an understanding that advocates universal citizenship for all Portuguese.
